By making a request/order you are offering to purchase a product which we will accept to sell to you on the following terms and conditions. All requests are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by us. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees warranties or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays. Dynasty UK Ltd is absolutely entitled to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by emailing you or else by calling you. We will also provide the identity of the party you have contracted with. This may be or in certain cases a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party Dynasty UK Ltd is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party. When making a request you undertake that all details you provide to us requesting goods or services or bids made at auction are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your request or bid and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods, services or bid. it is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. Our returns policy, the cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

13) Governing law
These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law and the courts of England or the jurisdiction in which you are resident or domiciled (at Dynasty UK Ltd election) shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between you and Dynasty UK Ltd, without regard to any choice of law provisions or private international law. you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the royal courts of justice, Strand, London, UK, for any and all disputes relating to the terms of service, use of this web site or any linked site in the event that Dynasty UK Ltd have elected England as the jurisdiction.
14) Entire agreement
Shipping and Handling
For shipping to mainland UK, shipping will be free for standard delivery by courier 3-5 days, or £4.95 for a next day delivery by courier. Jewellery will be shipped on the same service as dresses. We do ship internationally. When you place an International Order (shipping to countries other than the UK) you must choose the International shipping choice. Your shipping will then be charged according to the country you wish us to send your order to. You will be responsible to pay for any taxes or custom duties payable in your own country when your dress arrives there. You will be responsible for all return shipping, handling and tax charges. If your order is in stock and the order is placed before 11a.m., it will be processed the same day and sent according to your delivery option. If the order is placed after 11a.m. or on a weekend / bank holiday, it will be processed the following working day. If the dress is not in stock, we will email you the earliest date that you can have the dress and you will have the option to continue with the purchase or not. International orders are generally received within two to five days via the express courier option, otherwise up to 2 weeks with the international signed for postal service option.
Your order will be sent to the delivery address that you have provided on your order form. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete. Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes. Orders made to addresses to which we cannot ship will automatically be cancelled.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT at 20%. For orders outside of the EU, VAT will be removed in the shopping cart once destination country is selected. Note, however that local Duties and Taxes may apply.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee; our garments are made to the highest quality and we have tight quality control procedures in place to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if in the unlikely event, your order does reach you damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement for you

11) We will endeavour to do our utmost to guarantee the security of any data you disclose online. However, you accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing on-line over the Internet and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence or wilful default.
12) You have the right to see personal data (as defined in the Data Protection Act) that we keep about you, upon receipt of a written request. You have the right to correct, block or delete this data. If you are concerned that any of the information we hold on you is incorrect please contact us (see details below).

How can I get my name removed from the Dynasty.London mailing list?
If you want to be removed from our mailing list, please send an email to email@example.com with the word 'remove' in the subject line and the email address that you wish to be removed within the email. Please note that it may take up to 28 days to action your request. In addition, each electronic mailing we send you will contain details of how you can un-subscribe.
At Dynasty London, we strive to ensure that our dresses are of the highest quality and that they reach you in the same condition. If however, you are dissatisfied for any reason with a purchase, returns and exchanges are hassle free.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44(0)208 736 0200 (for international numbers see our contact us page) providing details of order and reason for return, we will then provide you with a returns authorisation code and advise on how to proceed with the return, then complete the return form. Please click on the ‘Return Order Form’ to download and print the required form to accompany the return. Please complete and submit the form with the return item/s. Return authorisation numbers are only valid for 7 days from issue. Please note that exchange and returns are subject to the terms and conditions.
We must be notified or your intention to return or exchange the item within 7 days of you receiving it, either via email or otherwise. Dresses must be returned in the original condition with all tags in place and shipped at the customer’s expense. Please note that "Original condition" implies that the garment has not been worn, except to try it on for fit and appearance. Once the garment is received and inspected, a prompt refund or exchange will be issued, subject to all conditions being satisfied. We will not accept returns without a return authorisation number, which must be written on the front of the package. Items marked with (+) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Special order items will also be non-refundable. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send that parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
Faulty or wrong item
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please email email@example.com or call +44(0)208 736 0200 (for international numbers see our contact us page) providing details of order and reason for return, we will then provide you with a returns authorisation code and advise on how to proceed with the return, then complete the return form, stating this in the reason for return box and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
Distance selling regulations
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Dynasty UK for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and have been unsealed. These items are clearly marked with a ‘+’ next to the product name. Order cancellations must follow the returns procedure above. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned in their original condition. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Discount codes & vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
