REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Want to return something? No problem!

At Dynasty London, we strive to ensure that our dresses are of the highest quality and that they reach you in the same condition. If however, you are dissatisfied for any reason with a purchase, returns and exchanges are hassle free.

Please email sales@dynastyuk.co.uk or call +44(0)208 736 0200 (for international numbers see our contact us page) providing details of order and reason for return. (We can't proceed without these details, so please make sure the returns form is filled out and placed in your returns parcel. If you require an exchange, then please make sure you include the size or colour you would like on your returns form.) We will then provide you with a returns authorisation code and advice on how to proceed with the return. Then complete the return form. Please click on the ‘Return Order Form’ to download and print the required form to accompany the return.

Complete part 1 and send it back to us with the return. Put part 2 on the box ready to post.

Importantly please complete and submit the form with the return item/s. Return authorisation numbers are only valid for 7 days from issue. Please note that exchange and returns are subject to the terms and conditions below.

We must be notified or your intention to return or exchange the item within 7 days of you receiving it, either via email or otherwise. Dresses must be returned in the original condition with all tags in place and shipped at the customer’s expense. Please note that "Original condition" implies that the garment has not been worn, except to try it on for fit and appearance. Once the garment is received and inspected, a prompt refund or exchange will be issued, subject to all conditions being satisfied.

FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM: If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please email sales@dynastyuk.co.uk or call +44(0)208 736 0200 (for international numbers see our contact us page) providing details of order and reason for return, we will then provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number and advise on how to proceed with the return, then complete the return form, stating this in the reason for return box and whether you require a refund or a replacement.

We can only exchange items for a different size or colour of the same item. If you would like a different item, you'll need to place a new order.

Note: This returns policy applies to online orders purchased on this site only. Please check with the individual stores regarding their returns policy with regards to any in-store purchases. Refunds will normally be done within 14 days of receiving your return. It may take up to a further 5 days for the fund to reach your account.

We cannot accept returns without a return authorisation number, which must be written on the front of the package.

Items marked with (+) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Special order items will also be non-refundable.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send that parcel using a delivery service that tracks and insures you for the value of the goods. We will not be held liable if your return is not received at our address.

If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; a proof of delivery and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. If you cannot provide this information, we will not be held accountable for any losses.

Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. The items must also be unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

RETURNS PERIOD

You are entitled to return your item up to 28 days of receipt in the case of full price items; or 10 days of receipt in the case of discounted sale items.

RETURNS PROCESS

To return an item you must return them in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged with all their tickets and labels attached. All products purchased from the site must be returned to our warehouse in their original wrapping and box with the security tag untampered, sealed and in place.

Tear off the bottom section of the Dispatch Note, received with the goods, and affix to the front of your parcel. Please allow up to 10 working days for your selected courier to deliver your parcel back to our warehouse, your return will then be processed within 5 working days thereafter.

Please note that purchases made from the website can only be returned directly to us. They cannot be exchanged or refunded at any sale outlet store or concessions and other small independent retailers. We cannot accept returns for products purchased other than via the website. Please contact the store or website where you purchased the goods.

If you are returning items to us from an international location a Customs Declaration form must be completed and placed on the package. It is also very important that you label the items as ‘returned goods - no commercial value’. Failure to do so will result in the package being held in customs with charges applied for customs duty. The parcel will not be released and forwarded to us unless you, the customer, pays these fees. In these circumstances, we will not process a refund. 

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you would like to cancel your order before you have received the goods please contact us as soon as possible on +44(0)20 8736 0200 or by e-mail so that we can attempt to stop delivery. If your order has already been dispatched we may charge you for the delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected.
